Everything I dislike about this hotel, poor entrance , narrow lobby like entering some mafia building, rooms with dirty floors and linen, mosquitoes Every where , no towel , extremely poor staff as they don't know any accessories available in hotel or not. The manager is like we have the best hotel with all the facilities either right or I'm blind. 0 star , never visit

It is a very good hotel in the heart of Kota, rooms are very neat and clean.The, manager had very good behaviour i.e Mr Piush, highly recommended for families and couples.

Excellent hotel very good service friendaly all staff.specially Manager piyush Jain nd all staff neat & clean rooms fast service location is main Kota centre near by chawani choraya. Morning complimentary breakfast is very tasty...... overall good experience. 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was at the center of a market place, The rooms were small , but tidy.||||The bathroom was OK , could better equipped but it was clean. ||||The breakfast was arranged in a small so called dining area , but the lady in-charge of housekeeping was trying her best & she did manage it well. ||||All in all it was a comfortable stay for a budget stay. The room did not have a window was a big negative to me. ||||if you are a foodie do try the food at maheshwari restaurant right across the road . Also some local food is available if you walk 100 mtrs towards the flyover

Drawbacks in hotel 1 When electricity supply is not available, all the appliances stop working. There is nothing like inverter or generator. 2 No food in hotel. One has to order it from other restaurants. Only tea and coffee is available in the hotel. 3 the lift of hotel smells like hell. 4 WiFi strength is very poor and most of the channels cannot be watched on TV

Awesome Experience. Staff is cooperative and service is Good. But This Hotel Do not have restaurant so they have very fixed menu in the Breakfast like poori sabji, aloo paratha, poha, banana and vegetable Sandwich. That's it it's very limited for purpose of breakfast otherwise the rooms are very good very clean very spacious. They provide Room Service from Maheshwari Restaurant which in Front of the Hotel.

poor staff, services and food quality.There are hygiene issues too. The hotel do not provide any lunch or dinner facilities you have to order it on your own from any other restaurant. Their soo called complementary breakfast quality and taste is also bad.

Hello Viewers, the property is the kind of average one with some very basic amenities and facilities, No in house restaurant in the hotel major issue was we have booked a suite room which first looks like a suite in terms of size, amenities, facilities, cleanliness, etc. The towels given were torn and bed sheets had some blood spots in them, breakfast was served today morning to us was just fine no complain and tea served was also good. easily approachable location and one of the premier locations I must say.
