Hotel agarwal's

Pathetic, worse, even I would allow to bad words, given so many. 8th apr 2025 , I booked a room from AGODA . Prepaid. When I came for check in., they resfuse to check in, if we booked online mode. *online booking is not taking care* as their words. I ask agoda customer care, they take 45 min on call to refund my amount and say sorry about it. This property is taking care of OYO as per agoda. I booked this agarwal hotel because it showing on TOP on their website to book. Online platform is also responsible to suffering customers. Moral - before book any hotel online , ask by call by googling their no. if they have room available and supports online booking or not, to avoid last moment sufferings.

Our first stay was okay though we didn't got proper washroom facility, also 2nd time we had no water in tap, it was not very clean and hygienic plus the blanket was smelling really bad, as if someone has vomited in it. We had to go some another room for hit water as there was no geyser in our room. Still they've tried to help though they need to improve the cleanliness.
