The Eco Satva Kota

I was coming back to Delhi from Bhopal with my son (as he met with an accident at his hostel). I decided to stay in Kota as the distance is 880 km from my home so one stopover was required. When I reached Kota around 7:00 PM, I tried to get a good hotel for our stay, however due to marriages all the good hotels were booked. I found The Eco Satva hotel on MMT and found it good. When I reached there the rooms were available and the good thing was there was a lift as well (which was required as my son was unable to walk properly and climb the stairs). I booked a room ( with a discount) and asked the front desk to help my son to reach the room, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite, she immediately asked 2 staff to help. And they both came and helped my son until he reached the room. The keys were not working in the room due to some technical issues, however they tried their best. I ordered the food and it was delicious. I asked them that i will check out early in the morning so please ensure someone would be available to help my son to board the car. Surprisingly Rahul at the front desk arranged 2 staff in the morning at 5:30 am (it was a surprise for me as at this i think no hotel could provide you this type of help).|I am very happy with their attitude, helpful and professional nature. The hotel was very clean and cosy. I would recommend my friends and family to consider this hotel while coming to Kota. One more thing I wanted to add is that the location is also good and it is a few kilometres away from the highway.|Thanks everyone at the hotel for helping me.
