Service was very good and timely. I had an early check out and staff arranged for me tea in less than the time I expected. Fantastic hotel .

My experience in the hotel wasn’t satisfying . My room was good but room service wasn’t . I Have to face many problems there like our room's phone was dead , and the contact number they gave us for room service or any issues turned out to be for a different hotel altogether. Due to which we had to go down to the reception for even the smallest requests. To make matters worse, the handheld shower was busted, and when I took a bath, water flooded the whole bathroom. In the end I would like to say my overall experience was very disappointed. The only thing I liked there most was food.

Property was average - swimming pool was half filled and muddy, most of the areas were booked for parties so no access to those places. Check-in staff was adament on providing ID first before room allotment. Used towels were provided after house cleaning, although fresh towels were provided after complaint.

Room service is not satisfactory, I didn't find a timely solution for a small requirement of hot water. Responses were delayed & looks like avoiding to avoid night time.

Hotel staff is very useless, not cooprative, do not understand customer issues related to room. Rooms don't operate ac system. They will keep customer In hot environment in AC room. Total waste of money. Advised don't book this hotel and suffer yourself by paying huge amount to them. Total waste. Better options available in good areas.

Nice property but very- very-very Poor Service. Service staff is almost like a road side Dhaba, even Dhaba guys are better than 5 Flowers Staff. I would like to inform a incidence happened with us on 10.04.22; my family including 2&5 year old kids visited there for dinner , we asked restaurant manager to advise kids food with no chilli, he assured that Cheese balls is a dish which involves no chilli, after waiting for 30-35 they served Cheese balls on very first bite kids almost cried due to heavy spices. Upon asking the manager he seamlessly/senselessly replied that it contains no chilli power but only chilli flakes he never understood that both are chilli. After too much explanation he took back the dish for replacement after waiting for another 30 minutes when asked for dish they responded that it will not we served, we asked why ? they said it is replaced we asked where us replacement? they responded what replacement ?.... surprisingly they don't understand meaning of words cancellation vs replacement.... Our family returned at 10:30 pm with no food, due to the service staff One of the most weird experience at this hotel can't forget. Please not expect anything good from this unprofessional setup....

Stayed with a group and every thing were planned so well From meals to Party set up all went great. Thanks to Mr Bikas and his team for a hassel free stay. Highly recommended 👌
