Such a bad experience cannot be written about. Hotels booked for 'At Hotel Payment' on Rs. 799 are charged extra for arriving one hour before arrival. If you don't check in at that time and come to check in after 11, the rate is increased to 1699. The hotel fights over not being allowed, while the key of room number 11 was missing, there was no TV in 13 and the bathroom flush in 15 was not working. Room number 14 and the remaining rooms were booked by someone else (as we were told). I canceled the booking on Oyo, yet later they started showing my check-in in room number 14 on Oyo and later the hotel staff harassed me saying that Oyo is asking for money.
