Very bad experience of room. Room was not cleaned proper, have a very bad smell, no curtains in room, linens are also have very poor condition. Room service and food was good.

Such a awesome budget hotel in kota.. And Saffron (The Fine Dinning) Restro is also have a good food quality.Specious and theme based rooms. Totally superb. Keep it up....... AA

The staff and tge stay was good until the bill was charged. From early checkin to extra person and what not expenses were added and we were like.. Loot lo aaj mauka h. They litreally loot u.

Worst service money minded, they really don't know how to talk to customers. If you are couple than they charge more money from you. At the covid pandemic time they did not maintain guild line properly even there room service is worst

I had visited the place and the person's i encountered were good,the room alloted to me was good as well as the space that room has is sufficient. Overall the experience i had was good.

Rooms are good, service was very good. Need to improve in food taste. And most important tariff should be less according to the property.
