Hotel Kanchan Residency

Worst rooms and service. They even don't provide basic necessities. Infact they have made their own rules which are completely baseless. It's better to stay in guest house as compare to this hotel. Receptionist has no manners and no ethics how to serve guests.

Third class hotel, rude staff. Always ask customer to cancel oyo booking and take it offline and afterwards service quality is too poor. Not providing blanket, Ac not working and worst room quality. It was my worst decision to choose this hotel

Rooms are not clean there are stains on the walls and bedsheets. Also if you book online they'll give you a smaller room even if you book the largest of all. On our visit we had to fight with the receptionist for hours to get the room we booked Even the police calling was involved. Washrooms are neat and clean and also spacious. Outside food is not allowed and the menu of the restaurant is too costly. Smoking inside the room is not allowed but you can smoke in the corridor near the stairs.

Worst oyo i ever visited. I was travelling from pune to delhi so decided to stay here for one night but staff was very rude and room was very dirty. Blanket was smelly 🤢. I already told them that i will check out at 6 in the morning. There was no staff available there in the morning and they closed the main door. I have to wait there around 30 minutes for the staff to open the door.

The room was too much dirty, unclean. All the amenities were disgusting. Bedsheets were used and unclean, unhygienic. Room wall were painted by spitting. Ac was not working (it was just for show off). Television was not working (wiring was not there). Telephone for room service was not working. Room wall were leaking. Totally worst. Hotel owner seeking for extra 298rupees money. Then after he permits for checkin.
