Had to give one star because of the google review policies, otherwise i would have given “zero star”. My time at the banquet was very underwhelming due to the lack of proper service and the unprofessional demeanour of the staff. From the start, it was obvious that customer care wasn’t a priority. The staff was unfriendly, inattentive, and failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere. Our requests were either overlooked or responded to with indifference.

Courteous Staff and services of room is way better for the city. Rooms : Rooms were so clean and hygienic. It was a very good stay experience if I talk about the services in terms of infra facilities and its proper maintenance, But..... Supplies : There was no designated person to supply the water from pantry to fill the jug provided in rooms, all these chores were taken care of by housekeeping persons mostly. Such habits should be improved. Better to put one floor incharge. Food : Taste is good but only if you get it with hygiene. For once there was a fallen hair in Tea, I chose to avoid it and on complaining they replaced it politely. But again, next day in lunch there was "Dead Cockroach" inbetween plates. God knows if any would have been cooked already with food. Wi-Fi was very weak and it was so hard to work from room for any exigency of office work. Overall, it is a good deal if someone is seeking a comfortable stay in this city in its very center. But just take care of Hygiene conditions when ordering food. If it passes that test, then taste will definitely suit your taste buds. For me it is 4.0/5.0

Very Horrible experience, Lot's of insects and Cockroaches in the room, After complaining hotel staff didn't take any action, They don't know any kind of Guest satisfaction. There's no Hygiene. Pathetic experience in this Hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to any one.

My experience at the Banquet was extremely disappointing due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude of the staff. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude, inattentive, and made no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. Requests were either ignored or met with dismissive responses.

Services was so poor like we were waiting for cutlery for eating food..two times we ask them but no response timely and other than services ..Food is awesome 💯😎 we loved it and enjoyed it

Best deal with breakfast and lunch or dinner Food was good in dinner and breakfast with variety Rooms and bathroom were so much clean and well equiped with latest amenities like fridge, kettel , clean towel, shwoee gel, shampoo, soap, tea coffee kit, clean cups , glass etc.

Overall good experience at hotel stay. My 3 days of stay like a home environment and loved the staff and owner.
