Room and location good, but service and maintenance is very poor. No cleaning and hygiene even after informing to housekeeping and reception 2 times. Water leakage issue since last visit yet not repaired.

This is my second Visit in this hotel . Food Quality is the worst, don't even try. Room space is good, staff well behaved. But the maintenance of rooms are poor like tap damage, water leakage from shower 🚿. Bed sheet and pillow cover dirty and damage. Overall experience 3* max just becz of staff and location. Maintenance needs to improve. Will not gonna visit again.

Well maintained family hotel. Easily assessable. Ample parking space. Away from noise but within city. Serene atmosphere around. Great food.great service. Big room with bathtub in bathroom. Worth the money

Very good hotel with very friendly staff and is worth every penny.4800 for 1 night with breakfast. The restuarant is awesome it is specially based on Japanese theme which looks very gorgeous and relaxing.I would highly recommend it for staying at a convenient cost.

Rooms are big and sheer luxury.. Service is also good.. Rooftop Restaurant--KAWA--- is very romantic and has great view..In this Rooftop Restaurant, Beer is unimaginable costly. Food is tasty. Service is prompt.

Best hotel to stay in Kota! All the staffs are well trained. Starting from the reception where Mr.Devendra Solanki help you with the smooth checking. He asks for the room preferences and allots the room accordingly. The house keeping staff escorts you to the room which makes a customer feels luxurious. Ms. Jyoti, Ms. Tina and Mr. Brijesh supports you with the house keeping. The Tharapy restaurant is a good location to start your day with breakfast where Mr. Narendra and Mr. Rohit serves you delicious food. 5/5 for all the Hotel Management.

Staff is very polite and humble. I think their are a lot of areas where they can improve cleanliness wise. Food here is also nice.

We were staying at this place for the purpose of a get together. Staff was super cooperative. Food was good. Rooms were nice. Outstanding feature was the live guitar band at night. We enjoyed and danced till last minute. Room service was quick. We created lot of noise but thanks to the staff, we didn't faced any disturbance form there side. Will definitely stay at this place again and looking forward to watch their band playing on Saturday 🍻
