Hallmark Hotel

It is very good hotel under economy budget. Room was spacious with good lighting. We had tea, onion paratha, poha and sandwich in breakfast which were amazing. In lunch ordered dal tadka, with chapatis and aalo jeera ( just amazing). I know food was simple but its taste was fantastic as it made my day. The reception person Disha and Kuldeep were very helpful along with other staff members. They have car parking as well and location is near the road

Rooms are spacious and modern. But the service is very very slow. I had to call reception 5 times to provide drinking water for which they took 30 minutes to deliver. Even toiletries were not kept in room. Had to call reception to send them. Location wise it’s good as it is located near Talwandi circle.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our stay at Hallmark Hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor service and lack of basic hospitality. When we first checked in, the main door lock of our room was not functioning properly, which is a serious safety concern. After reporting it, we were shifted to another room, but that room had an extremely small bathroom that was quite uncomfortable. The service throughout our stay was equally frustrating. We requested an extra blanket, and it took nearly 1.5 hours to arrive. Later, we asked for an additional towel at night, but despite several follow-up calls, it wasn’t delivered until the next morning. To make matters worse, our breakfast order was also delivered incomplete. The repeated delays, poor room maintenance, and lack of attention to guest requests made our experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their service standards and responsiveness.

The room was okay, but there was a lot of hair on the bed. Since it was only a one-night stay, I didn’t raise many complaints, but at least the room should be properly rechecked before assigning it to a guest. I also belong to this industry, and I would never offer such a room to my guests. Additionally, the AC was making a lot of noise, which was quite uncomfortable. The charging point should ideally be near the bed, but it was placed near the washroom door. It’s not practical for a guest to keep getting up repeatedly just to charge their phone. I feel the management should pay more attention to these details. I understand that the water quality here may not be very good, which can cause stains in the washroom, but it still should not look this unclean.

Worse. It's better to stay in dharamshala than to stay here. No water in in bathrooms.I checked in with family at night 12:30 am dt. 29.06.2026 while coming from Ujjain MP by car. To have a break at Kota. But the staff did not tell me the policies that they would not let me rest and keep on ringing at my room extension phone for ID card. Although I submitted my Adhar ID , and adhar of all members requested that rest formalities in morning. But the guy made 7 to 8 calls repeatedly upto 2 am for IDs. This was a very poor behaviour of reception staff and not upto customers delight.
