Overall the hotel looks decent & clean. The Staff at the reception was very welcoming and warm in nature. When we checked in to our premier room on 2nd Floor-we were not satisfied with the room condition since there were lot of mosquitoes, the bathroom tiles were not very clean and the lift was extremely slow. Then we requested the reception to change our room so we got shifted to another room on 1st floor which was nice, clean but quite smaller than the 1st room that we had got. The food, ambience and staff were all very good and responsive.

Very pathetic service and Hotel in Abu. 1. The electricity is not stable and on generator you can just use fan. No matter if you have paid for AC rooms. We have spent whole night without AC. 2. There is no proper room door lock. 3. Wall broken in bathroom. 4. Very rude behaviour of receptionist. 5. From night 11 to 4am there is no electricity and we can't sleep. So it's ruined our next day trip. I will never go there again. And I am also not recommended you guys to visit this hotel. If you want to do any adventure with your trip, then do visit and enjoy the thrill. Thank you.

Rooms are average not so fancy. The bed and bedsheets were nice. Towels were smelling too bad. Washrooms are also not good. It's a cheap option if you travel with friends, however i would not suggest it for family.

Hotel is under construction and rooms are not upto the mark. The hotel is in a isolated place. There are damp marks in the room. Geyser is available only in the morning that too also only for 3 hours.its a cheap budget hotel. The hotel is not recommended at all unless you have no other option.very disappointed...

Worst place to get room bcoz on site it is written it is 500m from main city but it is atleast 2 km from there. You can get 100 hotels in the main city circle.... No taxi service... Also to got to that hotel u have to book ur own taxi with a minimum charge of 300 Rs.
