Hotel Mount Florence

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The facilities are poorly maintained — the bathroom ceiling is shoddy with visible gaps and exposed wiring. There was a dead cockroach stuck in the shower drain, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The bathroom itself felt unhygienic with broken fittings and stained tiles. Even the room wasn't properly finished; ceilings and walls looked roughly patched, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Definitely not worth the price — avoid if you care about hygiene and comfort.

Very bad hotel - no service it's like dharmshala - cheap hotel c grade even.oyo rooms are better then this Never give bill for room rent Blanket and bedsheets are old and they do not change everything is dirty, bathrooms do not have ventilation so u can imagine how bad hygiene is for rooms

One of THE Worst hotel in mt abu..rooms door handle comes off, locks are broken,lights not working, and the room and bathroom smell the same..the balcony door dosent close properly..and worst of all the phone dont work ,so you have to call them on a mobile for any kind of room service..pathetic experience..dont stay there even if it for free

The staff was extremely unprofessional—it seemed like they had no training at all. The hotel is under maintenance or kabad is everywhere. No service. They denied the amount which was agreed and asked for more money. When we asked for a bill, they provided a receipt in common format. Looks like staff is cheating on his owner. Very Bad experience. Please don't go to this hotel.

We stayed there in August, 2024. Paid whopping 5000 rupees for the room due to high demand in season. But the room ain't worth that. I would request rather stay in a dharamshala. At 3.30 in the night, only in our room there was a electricity issue, everything went off even fan. Till 7.30 in the morning we were in that situation with no lights. When we informed them of the issue and that they should charge a bit less, they were adamant and we had to pay full despite the trouble we faced. Other Problems we faced 1. Rude manager 2. Leakage in bedroom. Water was dripping from celing 3. Leakage in bathroom 4. Dirty bedhseets 5. No basic amenities like kettle-water bottles 6. Cockroaches found

My overall experience was great. The rooms were clean, very comfortable,and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early. Location is just perfect. Walking distance from lake Nakki so we took advantage of walking to dinner, shopping and boating. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
