This is a best hotel for stay in mount abu. Thia is affordable price book in mackmy trip for more lower price. Hotel room is very nice and large space. Also hotel view is adorable mountain View. And hotel food test is Delicious mack sure you try once time in abu. This is best hotel really you should try it.

Good stuff: 1. Clean rooms and toilet 2. Good staff 3. Nice view (We were in Room No. 1) 4. Budget stay Bad stuff: 1. Dirty pillows hiding under neat and clean pillow cover. Years old pillow for sure, all stained and dirty. 2. Geyser panel kept open (after some repair or descaling). Even if by some accident a drop of water came in contact with the geyser it will cause a short circuit. 3. Geyser works only from 7 am to 9 am. Okay for summer but during winters, not a good idea. Even on a early summer morning water is cold. So doesn't make sense. 4. TV is practically useless. Picture is in black and white 5. Kitchen is there but don't think we can cook and even what they cook for you is expensive and not worth the money. 6. Bathroom vent, a pretty big one is kept open with no mesh. All sorts of insects including bees were coming in. I don't know why they have kept it open. 7. NO LAUNDRY SERVICE. Biggest bummer for me. I don't know why they have to say they offer a service which they clearly dont. Misleading. 8. Two wheeler rental is another dud. I was given some phone number. A lady answered and said scooter rental is ₹300 per bike from 8 AM to 8 PM. I asked her to bring the scooter, she agreed but never turned up.

I made my booking through Goibibo and paid the full amount. Upon contacting the property owner on the Landline number, he rudely told me to cancel the booking mentioning that Single travellers are not allowed in the property. I found this a pretty weird rule given that even solo travellers pay the same amount mentioned. This property is definitely not suggested for Solo travellers!

Rooms were pathetic. Commode was leaking , there was no proper mat or dustbin in the room. 3 people cant walk without hitting each other in teb room ,it was so small. Although People n staff were very helpful. Location was away from nakki Lake n due to that it was more cloudy n cold . Its very near to Palanpur palace.

It was the most terrible stay of my life. The room was worst. All the walls were pathetic and full of dampness. There was smell in the room. All the walls in the washroom were dirty. There was no place even to keep a soap in the washroom. There were insects but they didn’t have even allout. This type of room is not even for 500 Rs and they charged three times of it. Think twice before booking it. It will just ruin your trip. My entire trip was awesome except this one night stay at this hotel. I am also sharing photos and videos to show you the condition of this cheap and dirty homestay.

people are good and co operative.foods are also good. only drawback is that you need to climb many stairs which is uncomfortable for older people. also they dont provide any toiletries.
