The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive to our needs. The service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. But what really stood out was the food! The hotel's restaurant served some of the best dishes I've had in a long time. The menu was diverse, the portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive. The chef clearly knows their craft! Overall, I would highly recommend Star Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and excellent service. Well done, team! We had a very nice experience staying over there . Rooms very nice and clean. Bathrooms were so neat and clean. Food over there were so much delicious and good . Overall service and staff members were very polite and cooperative.😊

Worst service specially the guy from reception called Bharat Kumar. From last two times i stayed here. But know i don’t think so I’m gonna stay here. So please try to keep some good staff. Thank you.

I am giving 2 star just because of good service. When I entered the hotel my expectations all shattered. It was nothing like what we see in the pictures. It was just like 'Dharamshala'. When you talk to reception staff they just give baseless reasons and don't want to even listen. They just rudely said cancel the booking. Maintanence zero. In gallery you can see pigeon shit everywhere. Wall colour was faded. Light swiches were broken, it had sticking tape. My room was super deluxe. But it was not even looked like standard room. Don't book with 'make my trip'. If anything goes wrong. They don't respond properly. They will say you long procedure. Till then your trip will be over. Rooms are not worth for money although room service and cleaning services staff were good. Breakfast ok ok. No good ambiance in sitting main hall area.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Starvilla in Mount Abu. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. I appreciated their option for an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and convenient. The hotel's location is ideal—it's road-touch and only about 100 meters away from the Koyla Depot drop-off and pickup point, making it easy to get around. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, adding to a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Abu!

Most pathetic hotel i have seen in my whole life. It should be declared crime to call this hotel a three star hotel any ordinary cheap lounge at any local railway station would be far better than this so called 3 star hotel. They chargerd 10k for one night and when asked for extra bed they simply brought a mattress and put it on the floor and said this is ur extra bed for which i almost paid 4k. No clean water to drink. In simple word any any cheap hotel of pahadganj is far better than this horrible nightmare. Would highly recommend not to even think about this pathetic place.

Good hotel to stay with ok ok food. Don't go in rush season to avoid higher prices of rooms at all. Other are all the things is ok.
