Great Indian Hotels - Mount Abu

Place is good Location is good but the staff specially junior manager #POKHARAJ & MANISH they are were very rough with gujarati tourist and also asking alcohol to serve us better As a guest, I expected a higher standard of hospitality and respect from your team. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and has left a negative impression of your establishment. I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the individuals involved. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the steps you plan to take to ensure such behavior does not occur again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Kindly do action pn the staff for their behavior with tourist

Nice hotel in mount abu. This property is very easy to find and is situated at entrance of mount abu so you can easily find out. Hotel staff is very good, parking available here. Foods are available. Food are not a very special but yes you worth it. Staff is very accurate for their guests. Overall good place to stay and food

Location is excellent. Good maintained garden. Room are made of containers. Rooms need maintenance. Not well maintained. Not properly cleaned. Basic requirements not fulfilled. No proper service. The only good thing is location and garden. Some what far from main city. I suggest their management take care of property and maintain it.

Very Bad experience...if they give you rooms for free then also don't live there...I request you guys please don't go there...if I talk about my experience we took 3 rooms in total and the rooms are too small and smell bad very bad!! and rate too much money rs 2200 per room and we uncomfortable returns the room but they do not give a refund back!! After all, they doing scams as compared to other hotel at Mt. Abu.

A great hotel to stay. Rooms were neat & clean also service was good. Staffs were friendly and polite. The view was great from the hotel.

Nice place for staying, location is wonderful. But need to improve room quality. Other facilities are good. Beautifully kept small garden.

Its Ok for stay but Not For long period bcoz Bathrooms and Hot Water Facilities are very poor at winters...
