Hotel Jaisal

“Bad staff” We had confirmed booking because of which we did not look for any other place to stay but when we reached there, we were told that there is no booking and they asked us to return. We were forced to stay on streets even after having confirmed booking. Hotel staff is terrible and they just wanted to earn more money by giving rooms on higher prices. This booking was from Agoda

Worst service I had ever experience in my life. Bad room with full of insects. Within half n hour I have to leave this hotel. AC and fan both are notworking. Staff is also rude. I suggest you guys never stay here even if it offers u free stay. Owner was also so rude. 0 star

Worst hotel to stay in Mt. Abu. I don't know how they got 3 star ratings. Rooms were not that nice as photos shared by them. Bathrooms were worst but unfortunately they didn't shared bathroom photos. Receptionist doesn't understand customers point and just keep on arguing as per his mentality. They doesn't have any common toilets. Kitchen is very unhygienic. Parking area is only for 3-4 two wheelers, nothing for four wheelers. I would suggest not to go to this hotel as we have so many different options in Mt. Abu.

Poor room condition, poor hygiene, toilets not clean, bad smelling rooms, staff very rude (especially the guy named Rakesh- he harassed by making me shift my car from parking to outside, and again by shifting my activa), Wifi speed so slow that you can't even browse a site, no water in bathroom wash basin, very dirty water available for bathing, staff switching off main power supply of AC even when you are running it. I won't recommend to visit even if room is provided free of cost.
