Worst service ever no facility were provided,staff was rude there only moto is just take money first and if we complain somthing they will say jao dusra dekh lo and also they refuse to gave your money, water was cold no hot water is provided, no water facilities tap shower is not working no soap nd other products were provided to us food is costing so I don’t recommend there are many hotels where you can have a food, lastly for checkout there come again nd again to disturb for telling to checkout on this time otherwise you have to pay extra there connections with the rides do not take from there no humanity !!! Room was dirty smelly nd they switch off ac whenever they want …never take hotels form them who ever stands there from bus stop and they don’t allow with there vehicles to go 11 pm this is ridiculous!! They will speak sweetly first but there is no facility no hospitality was provided for any reason there were like for this you have to pay extra!!!!another wise chale jao dursa dekh lo nd wifi is not provided before confirming your hotel talking money they told you wifi is available late after receiving money they will not even talk you seriously just making a face nd ignoreing you never book this hotel🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

I had bitter experience after booking the hotel. Rooms were dirty, no cleaning service, bathroom was dirty and equipment were pathetic to use. Location is okay okay. But the hotel room price is high. Literally they are the thief. Don't recommend

Worst experience ever.....we went in January to abu and booked the hotel room for the price of 3000rs. +500 rs. (For an extra bed) The rooms were so small, that we 3 people were not able to sleep and they did not even provide any heater and when we asked they asked for an extra 500 rs. In the name of an extra bed they gave a mattress and a third quality blanket Never book any room in this low class resort Total waste of money When we complained abt all that to manager he said ki pay krdo aap ek din ka pay krdo and u can leave What rubbish behaviour I can sue them for this behaviour, but i guess that will be total was of time and money

I had a regrettable hotel stay and wouldn't recommend it. The service was poor, and after payment, it was challenging to get anyone to address our concerns. Despite a 14-degree Celsius temperature, we had to bathe with cold water due to the absence of hot water. You can get more better stay in this price these people are offering. Do not stay here!

° Really very bad experience. hotel is too much expensive according to the facility. ° From the 6am atleast 5-6 times hotel employee knock the room and ask about the tea and breakfast and hot water for bath 👀😡(भाई इंसान वीकेंड मनाने आया है, सोए भी नहीं चैन से। रात को लेट स्लीप करके इतना जल्दी केसे उठेगा।) ° If we need something, we can call them n why they disturb us. ° They gave us wrong information that scooty dont go to gurushikhar and we should use their vehicle. But we took a scooty on rent and went to gurushikhar without any hurdle. ° Please don't believe to the people who are standing around the road side. They'll give you wrong information about the places and service's. So Just go through the review and then make plan accordingly...and choose hotel wisely.

-The hotel employee woke me up at 6 am to tell me about hot water that was so irritating -They gave us wrong information that scooty dont go to gurushikhar and we should use their vehicle.But we took a scooty on rent and went to gurushikhar without any hurdle. - Ac didnt work properly, door stopper was broken , Bucket was also broken. There are many hotels in mount abu so dont make hurried choice. Around nakki lake you will find many hotels on good location.

This hitel is not up to the mark. Cheap and affordable stay for tourist. This is about 2 km to 5 km from nakki lake and most tourist places. Rooms are not clean and unmanaged. This is a calm stay. Car facility is provided by owner from bus stand to hotel as mentioned but its a trap. There is no service provided by owner. Tourist vehicle and sharing cab also available but its very expebsive. Hotel staff behavior is very rude and awkward. Hotel staff is very bad.

Poor rooms. Bath fittings bare all broken. Hot water only from 7-9 in mrng and hotel manager will wake you up sharp at 7 to tell you abt hot water. Total non cooperative staff.
