Hotel Shiv Villa, Mount Abu

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted by an overwhelming and unbearable smell of smoke. It was clear that the previous guest had smoked heavily in the room, and the stench was so strong that it lingered in the air, making it difficult to breathe or relax. To make matters worse, everything in the room was broken. This hotel is screaming an complete overhaul/renovation. There is not a sign of maintenance. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for the stay. I couldn’t stay in the room for long and ended up leaving early. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst ever experience. I am writing this review from the Hotel. They don't have the water in washroom and not even the single water drop in entire hotel. Pathetic services. Huge electricity fluctuations all the time. They don't provide any water bottle in the room at the time of Check in. All are chargeable. They don't give you any bill for room rent. All in short completely BAKWAS

Dirty rooms , dirty toilet, dirty bed sheets. Broken sockets. Broken window glass. Food is above average. Location is good. Staff is helpful and friendly. This hotel needs regular maintenance, I would suggest it only if you have no where to stay.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable, clean and bright. The restaurant's food was homely, tasty and freshly made. The service and hospitality of all staff made our retreat enjoyable. Thank You 😊

Location is amazing and near to the all visiting places… Food is just amazing and I would recommend do not have food outside…. Staff is excellent and helpful….

The hotel room and amenities are most dirty you could ever imagine. Although the hotel out side natural beauty is good and staff behaviour is also ok. They prepared food for us as we need to leave early. But somehow they lack professionalism and cleanliness.Or may be intentionally the dirty room was provided. Even if you want to visit avoid any ground floor rooms specially room B09.

Didn't stay nor ever going to stay there I called to make a booking and asked for photographs of the family room and the person over the call literally shouted and said "Google pe dekh lijiye na" I was about to book the hotel but cancelled on the spot I asked him for photos cause I wanted a certain type of room photos of which might not be available on Google

To be honest, the hotel view is fine. The room size is a bit small and the bedsheets were stinking. I have read a lot of reviews and I agree with them. The bedsheets were old and dirty, that is true. The towels were also not clean. The towel also smelled bad. I am telling you honestly. I have no problem with you, but a customer is giving you ₹12 to ₹13k. You should provide the best And clean badsheet, blanket ,towels and all other Accessories. As soon as I would blow off the blanket while sleeping at night, I would start sneezing. Something would start happening in my nose as if there were dust particles in it. There was a parking facility for parking the vehicle . I liked it. When I reached the restaurant upstairs to order, people were sitting on the tables and drinking alcohol. If someone has come with family, they should also be taken care of. If they want to drink alcohol than You could have told him to sit in his room and drink it. they are openly drinking alcohol sitting on the restaurant table. What is this?
