Hotel Narayan Villa

Forgetting the rudeness and carelessness of the staff, the first thing i should mention is that the hygiene of the room and bathroom was severely lacking. Both the room and bathroom were filthy and none of the staff took any sort of action to clean it even upon my request. I absolutely would recommend everybody to find any other accommodation.

One of the terrible experience i ever had. Rooms are dirty , bathrooms are not clean and full of dirt. There was dirty water on the floor. It is very evident that it is their friends who posted their reviews are good. The location and the atmosphere were really really bad. All the photos and reviews are fake!!

This place does not even deserve a single star. The place is not only unclean and filthy, customer service was pathetic as well. Not at all recommended especially for families. The other good reviews appear to be given by the hotel owner's friends only. Worst experience

Don't go there... Third class hotel... 10500rs per day charge for families/couples but bathroom was not clean.. So much dirtyness, doors are crack in bathroom, I found mouse there.. Very dirty smell.. Our totally money loss ... I think they have to give good service. How can this hotel available on online?

The hotel is extremely worst and poorly managed.They seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness ,even the washroom facility is disgusting and they are in pathetic condition.House keeping and front office services are really terrible. Had one of the worst experience in my life..

The most unclean place that we have ever stayed. The rooms were not cleaned, bathroom smelly and the bedsheets had stains on them. Dont believe the pictures that they have posted. Would never recommend this place. Not a place to stay.

The rooms were pathetic.The bathrooms were unusable. The rooms and washrooms were no where close to what they had shown while booking. There was a bad smell in the room throughout. The service was very bad and it was an overall bad experience for us. Would never recommend this place and would never even come back to mount Abu!!!!
