Hotel Kiran

I wish Google should add a minus rating so that I can give -5 ratings to this hotel You can sleep on the road instead of staying in this hotel. Staff behaviour was like hell, they were not even listening carefully to what you ordered on the intercom. Services will be good enough in some temples as well rather than this hotel. Rooms are like there are no more places to place your luggage. They had asked us to pay 100% advance only for staying, so that if you don't like any services you can't do anything. Trust me I have tried so many hotels in mt. Abu but this was the worst never trust photos they had uploaded on Google, it's just the marketing they are doing.

Worst room with Bad smell in bedsheet and not at all clean. The price which they are charging is not at all worth of the service which they are giving. Firstly person who is attending client afreen receptionist should be first changed on immediate basis because she doesnt have any sense to talk to the guest and she behaves as if she is paying us to stay in the room on the top of it if we complain on the same they will make excuses and say this is what it is. Highly NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE with No parking space.

It's located nearby Nakki Lake near the main market. The rooms and washrooms are congested. Hot water is only available for 2 hrs.

I stayed at hotel kiran for a week and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was amazing. What's even better? The bike rental was cheap and convenient. This hotel gives you a bang for your buck. Highly recommend it!...

Took scooty on rent. They deliberately started telling that there is a dent on the scooty. Afreen is really a rude lady ,she talks as if she herself is a minister and she will sue us and put us behind the bars.Please do send her to PD and communication classes with all the money you are charging for the fake dents ,etc Took scooty on rent in dehradun, Himachal, uttrakhand ,the experience was awesome and they never bothered us about anything. So here we took video casually , keeping in mind that nobody bothers their customers. But highly unsatisfied,they charged extra for the minor scratches which we didn't do. Rooms we saw and didn't booked because they were dirty and overpriced. And I know the owner's response will come up by putting all the blame on us as he did with the one who were falsely charged for the lost helmets. Instead of blaming us I think so owner should teach the staff to be honest and most importantly the communication. Please prefer someone else there are lots of bike and scooty rentals available in the city.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a blend of luxury, comfort and tranquility in the beautiful surroundings of Mount Abu.

This is a budget hotel. Very filthy room, hot water available only between 7 to 9 in the morning. Uncleaned bedsheets, pillows and blankets are uncleaned. Walls are always wet because of moisture, no direct sunlight on any of the walls of this hotel. So, it is smelly all day.
