Hotel Dev Residency Mount Abu (500mtr From Nakki Lake)

Paid almost double from App for Standard Room.. Rooms were diffrent as we booked in Dev but Room alloted from Kanak Hotel... Once you out for sight seeing u cant wish to come back on Hotel...visited at weekend rooms are not maintained since many years fungal aroma in rooms,third class towels were given asked for another blanket but not provided Toilet seat of Commode was not available for 3 rooms which was given to choice....Very Bad experience

The visit was quite okay . But the service was very slow of the hotel . The prices of the rooms keeps changing according to the season. Very bad room service.

The way of talking is bad, the service is written for 20 minutes, and if you order something and it does not come then they will not reply you properly, they will reply to you rudely
