Hotel Shanti Mount Abu

One of the Worst Hotel in Mount Abu. No Service, No Cleanliness , No Electricity , No warm water, Worst support Staff and so on. Zero stars for this filthy hotel. They have Generator but won’t run it on weekdays, their support staff will say “less people so we won’t run the generator”. Warm water not available to take bath. Support staff is useless. Front office/ Receptionist are not supportive at all. For any service u want, they will reply we do not have it and put down the phone. Also No room service available, u need to literally shout out of the balcony to call them. Their owner Manju doesn’t know how to run a hotel. Do not fall for the fake reviews posted online by their dummy accounts. Zero Stars. Pathetic hotel.

Third class hotel. Better to book any other hotel than this one. You need to pay a good amount of money to book a FILTHY and DIRTY room in this hotel. They don't have Hot water available in bathrooms and the cold water available is so dirty u can't take a bath with it. Generator not available, so u will be without electricity for a long period of time as Mount Abu has so many power cuts. They don't have any RO/Aquaguard working available so u need to purchase water bottle everytime(that too at 25 rs). Receptionist don't know how to handle and support their own guest as they don't have any service available to offer. Phone available in room not working so everytime we need to go and call out the support staff. Their owner Ms Manju should sell this hotel as she doesn't know how to run it. Absolute pathetic hotel owner and her staff. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed and also there was a constant foul smell coming off their room. We changed the room next day but still facing all the above issues. Also there seems to be Fake Reviews given by themselves here, so pls be cautious. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

I spent 2 days with my partner last month in a basic room category @1800 and found it very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and cooperative as I had a foreign partner . It's really best affordable hotel in whole mount Abu and it' is since 50 years . I truly recommend you guys.
