Hotel kabras' inn

I'm only giving 3 stars because of their friendly nature but TBH this place need a lot of renovation and reconstruction. Starting with the most basic thing : BATHROOM we weren't able to close the bathroom door and at the night a lot of mosquitoes came in our room through bathroom window The jet spray wasn't working properly...felt like we were using toilet of a petrol pump Water issue was there in one of the faucets and the floor was wet all the time as there wasn't a proper slope for drainage of the water. Second thing : WIFI We couldn't recieve the hotel wifi signal in our room Third : There wasn't even a cell in TV remote See, the room wasn't so bad but it wasn't worth 4000 rs per night for sure

The Kabras' inn was a fantastic choice for our stay in Mt.Abu. The room was spotless, with comfortable bedding. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist who helped us with directions. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again."

Very very bad services. Staff is not supportive. Staff should be supportive. If any items not available in your hotel and guest ask then you must be arrange that's called as good service and instead of your side items are available still you don't provide. That's called as very bad services. Agrue alot not at all supportive. Instead talk very badly. Do not visit this place ever again

Stayed here for 3 nights in March 2016. Good service, specious rooms. Very friendly staff. and its family run business with limited rooms so good one to one customer care provided. about 10 mind walk away from main town center and restaurants and other attractions. Good wifi connection, hot water 24/7 and clod filtered water 24/7 for drinking. We went in off season and they had very good rates then other hotels. Overall fabulous experience and will recommend.

Very very bad services. Staff is not supportive. When we ask for milk for children, manager and staff gives reply as No even milk is available in freezer. Staff should be supportive. If any items not available in your hotel and guest ask then you must be arrange that's called as good service and instead of your side items are available still you don't provide. That's called as very bad services.

After bed experience in hotel Mamta. We family stay here in 3 rooms. Good management by manager and he also arrangements siteseen for us. Tea breakfast is Good.Good budget hotel. Good rooms. Good location like near nakki lake and sunset point. Overall Nice experience.

You can book this hotel depending on following factors:||||1. You are a group of men.||2. You are on 1 or 2 day trip||3. You will be out for sight seeing during majority of your stay.||4. You are on extremely tight budget||5. You are in mount Abu during peak season like Diwali or new year.||||Now i'l share variuos pros and cons of the hotel with you.||||Pros:||||1. Hotel management is very good at hospitality. The owner (or manager) is extremely helpful and the other staff members are right on their toes to help you.||||2. View from the balcony is great. Hotel is away from the market or the main street and there's a mountain opposite to the balcony which gives you a good view.||||3. They will bring anything for you from market on market rate without service charge. this type of facility is rarely found in any hotel.||||4. You can sit anywhere in hotel premises to have a talk or food, they'll arrange chairs for you.||||Cons:||||1. The amenities are not high class, they are just average.||2. This is little away from the main market, so it's better if you have your own vehicle.||3. Rooms are little small.. (and Not for hygiene conciuos)||||Do consider all the above points if you wish to stay here.
