Hotel Ascot Inn [Prev. Hotel Chanakya]

Rooms were average and too much expensive, staff behavior was terrible. Not polite at all. This hotel's staff don't know how to talk, how to behave with guests. Will not recommend 1% also. They turned off the AC main switch from down stairs at midnight. I would like to inform the owner of the hotel that, please train your staff for how to talk to guests.

Rooms are nice. Especially the 'suit' room is quite specious and offers good value. Staff behaviour could be better. Overall good place for stay.

5 star rooms. Washrooms are so good in rooms. You will find branded items in rooms like sony tv, toshiba AC and Jaguar branded interior in the washroom. You can call service staff at any time for food and drinks. More affordable and more luxurious than nearby hotels. It's very close to the market. I get a bedroom for three people at 2500 only for one night. You will find the service staff a bit unprofessional but it's manageable. Just go for it.

Room was ok but very small in size A staff member named Maganlal was only the good person Rest all others were worst worst worst . Especially the owner's behaviour was 3rd class We paid 4500 for one night and trust me it was not at all worth it I don't know how it's a 3 star hotel My reviews for the property Rooms - 2.5/5 Staff (Maganlal) - 5/5 Owner's behaviour - 0/5 Food - 2/5 Service - 2/5 I bet if you're an anxious person you'll give a tight slap on owner's face that's the kind of behaviour of that fellow

The Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever visited. All of their facilities are terrible and they offer absolutely no amenities. I wanted to buy a bottle water costs 20 everytime which is just way too expensive for what you get. The staff was very unprofessional and didn't even greet us when we walked in or offered us the opportunity to order from their room service menu. We ended up calling the front desk so many times just to The tap in the bathroom was also not working. Even water was not coming out of it. I take bath with cold water in very cold. Nice looking from inside and outside. There is no facility. Totally bad - Al afif Sheikh

Owner is very arrogant and no sense of customer handling! Room service guys was co-operative but actual property owner is so arrogant and dont know hot to behave with customer, Beware if you book hotel we are leaving because of Hotel Owner and Food,,Food is pathetic! THEY WILL NOT STICK TO THE ACTUAL DEAL LATER ON SO BE CAUTIOUS WHILE DEALING WITH THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL!!!!!

Worst Experience in This Hotel 🏨. 3rd class service by management specially in NOT clear communication in Deal with customer. Food quality is very very very pathetic. Very Rude behaviour with floor manager and chitted with Tourist customer's. MY SPECIAL SUGGESTION DON'T TRY THIS HOTEL WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE. (THIS IN NOT ASCOT INN ACTUALLY IT'S NAME ESCORT SERVICES)
