Earth Villa, A Friendly Homestay

Stayed for 3 days Owner Himanshu Patel, came to room without another key when we couple went for sight seeing, without even informing us, abashed on this act, when all our things were kept hither & tither. In 3 days stay we got 2 jugs of water that too after calling Mr Himanshu on phone. He puts off Wi-Fi by 9 pm and in morning only connects when called and asked for, giving lame excuse of poor connection. We wanted to sit in terrace atleast oneday in these 3 days, when upfront asked for, he just showed the way, we went, it was a scruffy place without having a touch of broom since days, with 5 cracked dusty white plastic chairs kept one on one. Himanshu didn’t even had a courtesy to arrange it and dust it off. Surroundings of terrace is concrete buildings wherein you can see other houses clothes hanging to dry and their galleries. Not a single day cleaning of room or bathroom happened in these 3 days. If bathroom lights are put on, opposite building people can clearly see ur shower show from mosquito net. Congested room wherein 2 people can clash each other, forget sitting at ease In words ONLY decency and courtesy is shown by Mr Himanshu, which is way far in acts. (Peeking in with another key where ladies stay, without permission/or not in room) Can be considered as UNSCRUPULOUS SHABBY LODGE

Pros-We stayed here for 2 nights.Room is spacious enough for 2 people.very economical Owner is very co operative. Cons-There’s special facilities provided in this room.you don’t need to worry about waking up early for your plan because continues Dog 🐕 barking will not let you sleep for single minute it feels like you are sleeping next to German Shepherd 😥.Specially the barking intensify from 3AM to 7 AM. If you like the special facilities you can stay here.

I stayed with my family including a total 5 family members and one child. The property owner lives within the property and he assist you throughout the stay. The Terrace room was very clean and had all basic requirements available. I suggest these property for family with kids to have a homely stay at Mount Abu.

The Homestay was a clean, Cost effective and homely stay experience with family for me. Open Terrace was available to use and have surrounding mountains view for terrace room. The owner lives within this property and helped throughout the stay to assist everything. He also arranged for delicious home made breakfast for us. Very nice hospitality from property owner Girish Bhai. I recommend this property for small family especially who visit Mount Abu with kids to have a wonderful stay.

Earth Villa was the highlight of my trip in Rajasthan. I was looking for a quiet, cozy and economical place to stay in Mt. Abu. Have been staying in hotels for the past week, but must say this homestay experience was the best among the lot. The room inc bathroom was super clean. The ambience was perfect, with bright lights and dim lights. Full credits and many thanks to Girish the caretaker for following up about my arrival to suggesting the places to see, providing me breakfast and ensuring i had a great time. About the location, its just 200mts from Gaumukh circle. Another highlight is that statue of Christ the Redeemer can be seen and is walkable from here; if trekking interests you.

I stayed there for 2 days and it was incredible , the room was super nice ,hygienic washroom ,good ventilation and god they view from there roof was just incredible ,they owner was incredibly nice and i felt like i was staying at home ,they serve poha as breakfast which is delightful and the owner offered to pick me up if i was tried ,dropped me to the bus stop ,gave me suggestions for places to eat and places to visit overall 1000/10 , will visit again

Great hospitality 5/5 , clean 5/5 , food 5/5 Very kind owner , lovely view outside of hotel. Near to tourist places like Nakki Lake , Sunset point and lots of restaurants nearby .
