Hotel Oasis

They are kind of, I would say, frauds. We had a valid booking through booking.com. When we arrived, they showed us a room which is not at par with the photos. Then they said we can stay for one day only and will then shift us to a nearby hotel as they are overbooked. Never been through this kind of experience anywhere else in India, despite a confirmed booking. I would suggest, strictly avoid staying here.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Stayed here recently and was disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets and curtains were dirty. The building’s acoustics were terrible, making it hard to sleep due to constant noise. No hot water, which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel. Not worth the cost.

Don't book a room at Hotel Oasis, Mount Abu , you may be looted. Hotel staff show you a room witch is very good and if you finalize then you will be asked to carry your luggage into the hotel. When you reach the reception, they will tell you the room you chose has been booked by another guest who came before you and after this game will start. Staff show you another room that will not be as per your expectations. Once the guests come to reception they think we should compromise with the room and take another room offered by staff which have lower tariffs. I want to say they show us very good room and when we arrive for check in then they offer another room with same price. This fraud is going on at Hotel Oasis, Mount Abu.

Honour is good, and I don't knoe name of the person who cooked vegetables dishes, and he makes great tea, I like the Hotel Oasis, and staffs àlso good and good behaviour and help us,

Amazing hotel and the food is top notch. The service is prompt and cordial. Parking is limited but okay.

Excellent staff. Awesome service. Rooms are spacious. Very very courteous and friendly staff. They go to great lengths to fulfill the requirements. Lets my experience has been very good for my first day stay. I am staying for 2 more nights and I am confident I and my guests will not be disappointed.
