Kishangarh House

The gate person was extremely rude. We were planning to talk to scout for hotels for the night and the gate man wouldnt even let us keep the car outside the premises on the road for a while. Much better hotels are available than this.

So I am writing this review while I am still here. This place is like home stay. Property is beautiful and I will write a full review in couple of days once back home. Food here is awesome and staff extremely well behaved. Peaceful, serene and quiet is all I will say as of now. Probably a hidden gem in Mt. Abu.

We 14 couples, all Sr. Citizens, a group of close friends, stayed for 2 nights in this Excellent well maintained property, during the May 2023 month. Enjoyed well. Good & courteous staff. Food was excellent as per our choice and Order. Particularly the Manager Mr Jagdish is a nice courteous and helpful person. Try to maintain well.

Perfect location in the middle of town, yet looks pristine and away from public due to its location and large area. Beautifully kept gardens, large rooms remind you of a bygone era. The staff is humble and courteous. The food they serve is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend for a quiet stay with friends or family! Special mention to Manager Mr. Sharma for being a gracious host. Also must mention that the place is pet friendly! So plenty of space for your pooch family to roam and explore.

This hotel used to be the summer retreat of the erstwhile Maharaja of Kishangarh. The location is very central with only a few minutes walk bringing you to the polo ground area and eateries. Yet it is perched in its own landscaped gardens and you might feel you are in a different place altogether. The gardens are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delectable. Location is very convenient. And not to forget, the staff is very hospitable!

Amazing room with very high ceiling. Also a nice comfy lounge for reading and relaxing. Great service from friendly staff. We didn't have dinner there so cannot comment about food. We did arrive tired and were immediately served tea and coffee with biscuits in the beautiful garden. When we checked out next day, very pleasantly surprised to find they was no charge. Would stay there again anytime.

When I saw the photos of this place online, I was a bit skeptical but the photos do not do it justice. It was a wonderful place to stay and it totally surprised us. A lush garden to walk in, high ceiling rooms and a friendly staff just made our stay comfortable. We wanted to leave early in the morning, well before their breakfast time so they made our group special breakfast. The food is also pretty decent. If you are in Mt Abu and need a place within budget then look no further.
