Pathetic attitude of the staff..... We booked 2 rooms for 1 night advance was also given.. due to death in family we requested for transfer of booking dates somewhere after 15 days... But to my surprise the request was very rudely rejected and refused to adjust days or refund... I feel petty for them...., 😞
