Sachin at the reception was extremely helpful. He helped me with my last moment travel and room needs. Hotel is very well located - close to the market, temple and eateries. Highly recommend for the genuine help provided by Sachinji.

Room was neat . We were on the 4th floor and the view was amazing from the window. AC cooling was was decent. Bathroom was OK TV and the connectivity was superb. Beds were good. Overall great rooms for family stay.

please do not book this hotel all the reviews of the hotel regarding the hygenie and cleaniess are true. The hotel rooms are very dirty at the price at which you pay. I had booked the hotel under mmt value stay, but still the hotel is very bad and mr kanhiyalal nagda is very rude and cunning person. I was been cheated by makemytrip. I could write a big review about this hotel and makemytrip but I let you as consumer decide. All the reviews on makemy trip and goibobo are fake, I can gurantee that because the moment I had to write a review about the hotel on makemytrip they disabled my rights

I recently stay this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues marred my stay, including: Unclean Room: The room I was assigned was not properly cleaned, leaving me with a less-than-pleasant first impression. Inadequate Room Size: The size of the room was smaller than expected, contributing to a cramped and uncomfortable atmosphere. Vastu Dosh Concerns: I observed Vastu dosh issues in the room, impacting the overall harmony and positive energy. TV Remote Cell Missing: Surprisingly, the remote control for the TV was missing its cell, rendering it unusable. Non-functional AC: The air conditioning in the room was not working, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Unclean Water Basket: The water basket provided was not clean, raising concerns about hygiene standards. Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was excessively soft and spongy, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. General Hotel Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, creating an unpleasant environment. Bathroom Door Latch Missing: The absence of a latch outside the bathroom door compromised privacy and convenience. Major Bed Issues: There were significant issues with the bed, impacting both comfort and quality of sleep. Unclean Blanket: The provided blanket was not properly cleaned, raising hygiene and comfort concerns. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement for this hotel. Its my sincere hope that these issues are addressed promptly to enhance the experience for future guests.

Very bad hotel not at all maintained, the mattress are in bad condition, bathroom stinks, that too the manager kanhaiya is not at all cooperative and very rude with a lot of attitude issue. if you mention any complain he simply says leave the room and never come again . Also he will be the one replying on my my review, that's the reason he clearly says, give a a bad review he doesn't care. I know Mr Kanhaiya you will be replying on this with lot of lies. Showing that we customers are wrong because the owner, i think is obliged to you.

Hotel is situated at half a kilometre distance from shreenath ji mandir.(walkable for 10 minutes). We booked a family suite room which is spacious enough for 4 persons. Price is somewhat upper side. Room service is not so good. No food available in hotel, only tea is served on demand.
