Very helpful a d joyful staff. The receptionist is exceptional in knowledge of Vaishnav history and shared with us some great insights of Shrinathji. Made us feel very comfortable and safe and arranged everything in Shrinathji for us at no/negligible cost. Very nice people and place. It is only 1km from the temple.

Rooms were dirty. But staff were generally helpful in guiding us around town and getting us things we needed for the room. Breakfast was served in room and it wasn't that great. The hotel lacks maintenance.
