The hotel is not so big. Rooms though clean but small in size. Bathroom is small. Swimming pool is okay. The hotel has a small garden in it's front. No regular public transport available to reach there but you may get there by your own vehicle or by hiring a taxi. The hotel is not handicapped friendly. Foods are okay in taste and quality. Services are okay as well.

Very bad experience. Breakfast was included in the hitel price and it was costly but very very very bad. They provided just 4 things for breakfast that too on the table and started at 09:30 am instead of 07:30 am. It was told that it would be Buffet system with multiple options but all that was a complete lie. Never book this for stay. Highly ignorable.

The staff as well as the owner of the property is highly unprofessional, they were even not willing to give extra towels in the room or other basic supplies like dental kit. The brakefast menu was very limited with just two things . They have very less staff so the service is also not good .. overall the experience was not good !

stayed here twice before, everything was good but the third time we didnt feel welcomed at all, first the receptionist kept saying that they're booked full then upon insisting he said there was a room canceled. I paid 2500 twice before and said I'll pay 2500 this time after being asked for 2800 anr paid 2500 before checking in. They didn't charge for ice cubes the last time but to my surprise they asked for 300 balance and 80 for the ice cubes when we were checking out. I told them that we agreed on 2500 but they said that its 2800 and you'll have to pay, I felt so cheated, I would have paid 3000 if it was finalized before but they lied. I think the management has changed since the last time I was here, so, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The service was absolutely poor and the staff was extremely rude. The so-called complimentary breakfast included only dry and tasteless poha and sandwich. When we asked for aloo paratha, they charged extra. They even warned us that if we checked out after 11 AM, we’d be overcharged. Every little thing had additional hidden charges. Also, if you book online, there’s no direct contact number for the hotel, and even the booking process was full of errors. Nothing was worth the price. Completely disappointed. Would never recommend this place.
