I had my dinner at this place while visiting Ramdevra. The restaurant manager is extremely unfriendly and is least bothered about the customers. The food was below average and the quantity was very less. This is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover because the fancy exteriors and the inside experience don't go together.

I stayed at the hotel from October 10 to 11, and I encountered several issues. None of the rooms had windows for ventilation, the geyser was turned off and remained so despite my requests to turn it on. The set-top box was not recharged; they pretended to recharge it, but the TV still did not work. There were false commitments regarding facilities, the pillows were not covered, and the maintenance of the rooms was very poor. After all these issues, I found the price of poha to be ₹100.

Pros Room size Delux good for 3. Washroom - very nice, spacious & clean Tea was very nice. Room ambience & view is silent & good. Very close to Ramdevra temple, walking distance. Staff Co-operative but lack of sufficient resources. Cons Frequently lights off. Kitchen service - not available most times. Rates are higher against hotel service!! Either hotel need to add more services such as front desk support on time, kitchen service, overall room passage look etc. No lifts. Can be recommended others if rates are between 1800-2200 inclusive all.

It's luxurious type hotel with restaurant. Having facilities with amazing look and feel. They are providing a very good, better and friendly service. Hotel management also gives you good response. Want to stay with mid- average budget then i recommend this one.

Excellent facilities, well maintained rooms courteous staff and very good food. Very conveniently located near to the temple. Thank you for a nice experience
