Disappointing Experience: I was expecting more based on the photos. The room was not hygienic and smell, and the bathroom needed repairs. Staff were polite but not very responsive to our concerns. Not Worth the Price: the hotel felt overrated for the price. Limited amenities and a lack of cleanliness made our stay less enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend it for longer visits."

The rooms were quite bad, bed was too hard, the bathroom was the worse thing, tv was not working, wifi signal was not in the room, but the thing good was the passages. Would recommend but at a cost of 500-700 per 2 person. Quite average experience.

The hotel is good and the staff is also helping. They value customers. Hot water timing is there but if you tell at the reception they provide whenever needed for bathing as well as drinking. Food is tasty and they provide room service. Cleanliness is maintained. The hotel is highly recommended to whoever is planning for safari and ranthambore fort trekking. The hotel staff is so kind hearted that they provided us with an extra blanket during the safari since we had a baby with us and the safari timing was 6 in the morning. It was really cold and breezy.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We have purposely choose this hotel since we wanted to have best place in canter and exactly it happened, since our pickup was first. This is the advantage of this hotel. Also rooms are very clean and staff is very polite and humble. They will help you going out of the box. Food is also very good. I just loved this painting. I wish I would had it. 😇

We went to Ranthombore Heritage hotel . It was a wonderful experience for my friend n me the hotel is v homely Vishnu bhaiya the owner of the hotel is so friendly n looks after all ur needs from early early morning tea to ur safari u come back lunch is ready . Ramubhaiya the young man brings ur things to ur room lunch cleans yr room etc . Also u will be surprised to know the Chef comes personally to ask u what u would like to havefor lunch breakfast n dinner he is so polite n u tell the chef the time n its there. The chef 's name is Kamleshbhaiya in the evening Kamleshbhaiya has the terrace lit up with fairylights the candles burning n its a beautiful feeling. I hope to go there again soon as Vishnu bhaiya says its "MY SECOND HOME ". GOD BLESS THEM 🙏

3rd classs service Booked two rooms. There is no light in the entire hotel. toilet flush bad The second toilet is full of mosquitoes. There is no arrangement for tea or coffee. Please don't come Wasting money .
