OYO 37363 Ranthambhore Residency

The Hotel Manager was very polite and his behavior was very good. The amenities provided was good and well conditioned. Price was good. Almost Rs. 350 per person per night charged. Food menu having very less items which were arranged from third party. Hotel doesn't have its own restro. Sometimes ordered food was of less quality but it was changed/ refunded after complaint. Overall experience was Good thus giving 4 star. 1 star is downgraded due to food facility.

The sheet were not clean, we had to clean the toilet seat ourself since it was dirty. There was so much noise (our room was on the first floor) from the reception during the night, the phone was ringing super loud all night the two nights we stayed there and there was a lot of people talking and making noise in the reception. We didn't buy the safari from the reception guy and he became kind of mad at us after that (we bought our ticket from a scam in the street but that's another story)...this hotel need to become more clean, less noisy and the staff has to remain professional and welcoming even if we don't buy their activities, otherwise they won't be able to win the heart of foreigners

The room which we got only had space enough for the bed and very little space to walk around it. There were no cupboards for luggage. Only option for meals were in the small joints across the street. Good for single travelers. As it was low priced and closer to the Ranthambore park didn't complain.

Clean cosy comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff at a bargain price for what you get. Hotel arranged trip to Ranthambore National Park at reasonable price. Sadly no tigers spotted the day I visited!! I went on afternoon trip and apparently the early morning trip you are more likely to spot tigers. Plenty of other wildlife . Very dusty so advise face covering/mask. Rooftop restaurant good.

Negatives: Spider. Spider web. Ants. ||Unpleasant. I HATE spiders. But, I just washed them down the drain and then everything was fine. No return creepy crawlies. ||Positives: Apart from the insect issues, everything else was clean, including nice clean towels. The wifi worked. The AC worked. The shower water pressure was better than anywhere else I've stayed in India, so when I washed my hair it actually felt clean. The hotel also let me check out late without charging me extra when I was catching an overnight train, and I really appreciated that.

Although the staff in reception was polite and helpful, it was for sure the worst hotel we have ever been in. The rooms looked like in a prison with no windows, with a terrible toilette and even a padlock on the door. On the other side, there was surprisingly a free wifi available and also breakfast was not too bad.

We could not use the toilet because it was very very dirty and full of water. The blankets were also dirty, so we need to use our towels and clothes for sleeping. Very disgusting place. Do not book here. The owner is a swindler, he pretend to cheat us with the safaris and the picking from the railway station. Tv and plugs did not work.

Worst hotel in all Rajasthan. Doesn't had lock even in Bathroom. TV not working, ac not working, no towel or soap provided by hotel. Booked AC room by Oyo rooms but hotel provided nonAc room. Had to pay for Ac. Even worst is OYO Rooms customer service too not responded. Worst experience. Surely I am going to consumer court against both. Don't book this hotel. Not a single room was booked other than mine.
