3H HOTEL/Hotel Hukmi Heritage

Such a great hotel for stay. Staff's behaviour is really good. I forgot my charger at hotel and they called me from their side and return it through bus parcel service. Really I have to say that there is no better hotel than Hotel Hukmi Heritage.

Don't choose this hotel specially if you are supposed to check in early.....in my case i asked them to visit the town for 5-6 days and first day i need to check in early because my bus arrives at 6 am.....and for that purpose the hotel staff gave me another room for 2 hours then after he gave me my room.....when i entered he said to not to charge the additional amount but when i was doing check out somebody else was there and he said to pay half tarrif for extra stay......and i had to pay them..... they don't consider loyalty as they were not even bothered about their regular customer......if he or she would have been considered me as a regular customer they not ask for the additional amount......i am really surprised as i have not faced in any hotel as a frequent traveller

Its a good hotel but I am not happy with bedsheets.pillow covers were also became yellowish with time. They need to upgrade room decore also. Otherwise good budget friendly hotel for middle class people for stay during marriage. More than 75 people can fit in their hall which is in basement. Good for small parties and sangeet haldi mehndi functions.

I have stayed here many times.. Rooms are very good according to budget Service superb.. All staff is well mannered. Behavior of owner and all staff is excellent.

3rd class Hotel ,Room condition not good and not clean properly .when you check in Staff behaviour very well that's time when you time of checkout Room staff behaviour so rudely.and miss behaves with you 😡😡😡😡 Food taste less your money totally waste. Unauthorised Money add in Bill. Bhull k bhi mat Lena ye Hotel bss bhar se dekh raha he Shai he but ander bilkul ulta hee ek dam bekaar. It's my compulsion to stay here because I reached at night .

Hotal is located at good location Koda chowk which is easily accessible and centre point in Ganganagar. Neat and clean place. The hotel is good and popular among sales people or business traveler and not the good choice for family stay. Rooms were somewhat clean but little stinky. Staff was good and helpful. Room size was too small but ok against the money you paid for overnight stay with air conditioned rooms.
