Its awesome to visit like always 🤩. The rooms are very comfortable. Idk why people's are giving 1 star. They are very polite.

Chutiya hotel check rooms before payment photos are not match from this hotel or service was really bad 👎 they do very bad behavior check out time & ask for more money........ Please check before pay........

We booked 2 rooms through OYO but when we reached the hotel they had decline the online oyo booking. He told us to deal with him directly in his tariff otherwise go & find some other hotel. "Business sense of the person I talked Pradeep Saharan is very poor." He want to loose a customer (For only Rs. 200 discount) who will come to the city twice a month from now & finding a permanent hotel for staying." Very poor owner. Very rude behavior of the owner. Do not stay in this hotel ever otherwise you will suffer. I request to OYO hotel staff degrading your image.

Very bad place for stay this hotel only use for 1 hour type customer. Their no any kind of facilities for water bathroom. No staff there for service. Hotel owner good

This is regarding my booking at OYO 40753. "I prepaid the amount and booked this hotel under the mentioned category but firstly hotelier denied for check in due to booking not showing in their system... I contact to goibibo cc also but there is no any response in time... after half an hour they provide the room and at time of check out they asked me for 1000/- rs. as they said we have not received minimum base tarriff so you have to pay... I said I've already paid the room tariff and I will not pay other than that... again I contact and complained about the same to goibibo customer care team, they told me that we will talk to hotelier and will get back to you but till the time they didn't get back to me... that day I was in a hurry as I had to catch my bus and I requested to hotelier so many times that please let me go but he straightly said NO... you can only go after paying the 1000/- rs... finally after so many requests I paid 1000/- rs. and left the hotel at around 09:35 pm and my bus departure time is 09:45 pm... I took a receipt also for this amount.. after this, so many times I complained to goibibo for this but finally they said we can only give you 25% go cash as final settlement. even they are not ready to check hotel video recording of that time.... .. I got cheated in this booking by the hotelier and goibibo is not ready to support me in any way........... very disappointed....

i book one room in this hotel.. ac is not working properly..so much aunts in this room..this room is not clean..bathroom is very dirty.. no wifi..no room service..hotel star inn and hotel crystal is the best hotel in this city..👎👎👎👎👎👎
