One of the good hotels of Suratgarh Rooms are ok... service is quite good Owner is an thorough gentleman Safety is ok, cleaning is good Bathroom port are ok , Gyser is provided for shower you need to switch it on before 5 minutes of use. Room cleanliness is good Linings are cleaned and in good condition All basic amenities are available Overall a good experience with hotel, good staff and owner makes it a good team, you can go for this hotel if you want to stay in suratgarh

The Perfect Stay!!! In Hotel harsh. I visited the hotel with my family. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. Excellent Hotel, Quality and spacious Rooms, Great food, Amazing Services! Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. We loved the Location. We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone.

Very good service and helpful staff. I stayed at the hotel for a night as I had come for an exam. The staff and specially the manager was kind enough to ask me to come back later that day if I wanted to rest(free of cost) as my train was at 8pm and I was going to get done at 3pm. The staff was prompt and very friendly. Thank you very much for the pleasant service. Keep it up!

Looks like hotel is under new management and the service was excellent and the food quality was good with resonable price.... Do visit and stay at this hotel, rooms are completely renovated

Hotels Harsh rooms is neat and clean. Hotel staff is quite supportive specially Manager Mr. Raju Rahar and Jaswinder Paaji they have arrange any issue of guest. Kitchen staff Mr Bir Singh and Rosan is give to well service in room. overall it is good for staying at hotel Harsh because I am live from one month. Pradeep Kukna (Nagaur, Rajasthan)

Excellent location, rail line view from rooms, helpful staffs, travel help. But too congested inside. Night staffs are not well experienced in preparing final bill. Water bottles are not free, provided with dinner. Though food is bit costly, but tastes good. You have to even pay for fruits in breakfast. Only Paratha etc are included in free breakfast.

Nice decoration, excellent location, helpful, caring, polite staffs. But please note, water bottle served with each meal & fruits with breakfast are NOT FREE. Settle your payment well advance after due cross check, if you are leaving at night. Night "manager" is bit sluggish in action.
