Hotel City Pride udaipur

I had booked Hotel City pride Udaipur for a family function two months in advance by paying an advance amount. However, later they cancelled/changed the booking just because they found another customer willing to pay more money. This is highly unprofessional and completely irresponsible behavior. For any family function or important event, booking this hotel is very risky because they cannot be trusted. They may change their commitment at any time for a little extra profit, leaving your entire planning ruined at the last moment. I strongly suggest everyone to think twice before booking this hotel for any important occasion. Because of their greed for earning just a little more, they can create huge inconvenience and stress for your family. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is very clean. And the best part is that the people working cooperatively make everything available, and they offer so much convenience within a normal budget. We really liked that.
