Collection O 9972 Hotel Donachie

I checked in on 26th Feb 2022 with my husband. Overpriced dirty room with very poor service. Washroom was not clean. Foul smell from the upholstery. TV did not work for 3-4 hours after checkin. We were about to checkout in disgust, when they rectified the problem. we had to stay for 1night becos we were compelled to pay Rs 2300/- in advance and had no other option. The rooms need maintanence though I stayed in premium room facing the main road. Not a pleasant experience. Not recommended for families.

Very nice hospitality and hotel at good location. Room were clean and in very good shape. Breakfast was good. Mr. Gowrishankar on reception was very supportive, good in communication and did a good job in attending guest. All in all great experience..!!!

Rooms were good.. clean.. But there is shortage of staff.. Due to wch u have to wait if you are a group or something like that.. Staff was cooperative.. Although Groups check in was easy..

best hotel in affordable price ..... room were in good conditions ..... services were on time.... restaurant have a variety of food menu and tastes is also good ..... one more thing i will highlight is the manager as well as supporting staff specially Rahul Singh Ji, JaiVeer Shaktawat ji and Amar Singh ji who has specially arranged food for us in mid night that too without any extra cost as all the restaurants and near by places were closed...... they are the living legend who signifies our tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava.......

Good place to stay in Udaipur.staff behaviour and food quality and standards of hotel is awesome

Decent place but far from the city of Udaipur , more of a business hotel than tourist hotel
