FabHotel Lupin International - Hotels in Hiran Magri, Udaipur

Don’t book hotel from Fab Hotels Group by reading fake reviews. They shown the hotel name LupinInternational but actually it’s Downtown City Hotel. They taken charge for premium rooms booking charge upfront and provide us single small rooms. Don’t offered drinking water as well, other thing expectations is far away. Rooms are not clean and not safe for family. Don’t risk your family’s safety by reading online fake reviews.

Nothing is good in this hotel. We booked a premium room 15 - 20 days ago through fabhotel site but when we reached the give us deluxe room and when we asked them to change they offered another deluxe room with a window......when we said them that we booked a premium room then why they are giving deluxe room.....then they said that's a premium room We talked to the fabhotel executives as well They also agreed with us that the room they are giving is not a premium room but nothing changed because of that we faced a lot of problems as we canceled our room and booked room in other hotel that was very hectic for us bcz at that time no rooms are available in hotel. Fabhotel executives are also not picking our calls. Every time we call a new executive picks the call and we were explaining the problem again and again. Executives talk to the hotel only twice they are also not making efforts to solve our problem. When we asked the executives to refund the booking amount they did not agree on this as well......they said that it's not a big issue and bcz of that they'll not refund any amt......after alot of conversation they are ready to return only 50% of the booking amount. Recommend not to book this hotel or from the fabhotel..... highly disappointed with the hotel and the fabhotel executives.

Third class service so smelly rooms with dirty n smelly rooms they provide good photos on booking times But in real all things are different

Good room good facility. Best location. Road view window. But was upset as there was no gyser, i like hot water. But overall everything was good. As it is as shown in pictures.

Guys, some information for you. May be worked or not. 1) Very small rooms, not for family with kids. Only two ppl can sleep together 2) Hospitality is not upto the mark as it should be, you have to wait for everything you has asked for 3) Only single point of contact person available for everything. he is there for day night everytime. 4) No Kettle, glasses of water is available default in the rooms 5) The blanket which we were having was having blood spots, when we asked to change, they just reverted and give us again. 6) Towels quality very deemed Conclusion - This hotel is just for young unmarried couples, who just stayed in a day time. No ideal for family.

Rooms are very tiny and service is sooo bad that even water is not available. Room lock is not working and the staff are very negligent. Even after informing so many times they haven’t responded. At the time of checkout they added charges unnecessarily. Please dont chose this hotel

The space and rooms are good. Close to city and located deep inside. They have good Veg. Food but no Non-veg. But do have an option for non-veg from a nearby reastaurant but they charge RS100 extra per order (Hidden charge) which is not told in advance to customers. Kitchen service of this hotel is very, Very Very slow.
