OYO Hotel Grand Sita Blue

This is an apartment building and not actually a hotel. I paid extra to include brelfast but after reaching I realized there is no such service. No water in the room, no food was provided, zero hospitality and on top of all drinking water was not provided even after asking multiple times. Although cleanliness was good .

The hotel was at a remote location with no proper approach road. Number provide by OYO was invalid, even oyo executive couldn't get throught to them. All in all hotel was closed and now i have been trying from past 1 week to get my refund. Not sure will even get it now

This hotel is now being managed by Janardan Farms and Resorts, under the name of Janardan Studio Hotel Udaipur.
