Hotel Kalika Palace - Lake View Budget Hotel Near Fateh Sagar

Pathetic hotel. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and regret choosing to stay here. The cleanliness was a major issue my room had a musty smell, and there were stains on the carpets and bedsheets. The bathroom fixtures were in poor condition, with rusted latches, and the towels appeared old and worn. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance were not priorities. Additionally, the overall value for the price was far from acceptable. Given the high cost of the room, I expected much better standards in terms of both service and comfort, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I will not be returning to this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Very disappointing experience."

Worst hotel, worst experience, third class people. We have booked this property and planned our trip accordingly. when we were about to reach hotel, hotel manager called us and denied for booking that rooms are not available and only 1 room is there for which you need to pay extra 1500/-. When we said this is very last minute cancellation where will we go he said Jha jana h jao hme nhi pata and was talking very improperly. This is the worst experience he have had due to which our excitement got killed. Don’t ever book this hotel if you don’t want to spoil your mood that too when you are about to reach your destination.

One of the worst experience at hotel i have ever had… dont book your hotel here.. Very rude and pathetic behaviour from owner (Madansingh & vishal singh) Also no services provides on time For AC , for room services , and bike They stole their own rental bike from fatehsagar lake And we panicked due to that we had to go to police and when we came back at the hotel after filing a report the rental bike was already there and the staff VISHAL SINGH told us that some guest parked it here and when we asked for cctv he denied and didnt show us anything. Don’t go to this hotel otherwise your trip will be spoiled totally and your money would be wasted too.

All fake reviews, booked via agoda and they don't honor their booking they are scheming tourist like this, seeing Google review and found trash. Worst hotel management ever, faced countless problems. If you have enemies recommend them.

Worst hotel ever, do not visit this hotel, rooms are not cleaned, hygiene is not maintained, rooms smells so bad, they use phenyl as room freshner, this hotel gives very negative vibes, they do scamming, the rooms are also very compact.

This hotel is scamming those who are taking bike service from this hotel and the bike rental name is mateshwari bike on rent. They do not refund the money if you have submitted bike earlier than the said time. And the hotel employee say that it is written on the challan that they have provided but there is no such thing written on that. They assured you that it will be refunded by the mateshwari but it will not be refunded. Verry bad and scamming experience.
