Hotel Serenity Heights

Overall good experience the owner is good and friendly. Housekeeping staff was moody; he provided a mineral water bottle, but when we called him at 11 p.m., he said we had disrupted his sleep. Room service is not available 24 hours a day, so if you are staying on the third floor, you will need to fill your water bottle after 11 p.m. Also, toiletries were not provided, so we had to call for them. And for towels, the housekeeping staff stated that he will provide them in the morning after 7 p.m.

Hotel is worth the cost with fresh rooms and sufficient toiletries. Staff are well-mannered and timely supportive. No gaps for my 3 night stay. Well connected with rest of the city and essentials. Kudos to the owner and team.
