FabHotel The Castle Inn

The rooms are nice. The bed is very comfortable with a proper quilt. The sleep was excellent. Rooms have proper lighting. The washrooms are good but the issue is that the service is very bad or you can say pathetic because they provide you just one towel among two people or three people as it was in our case. Plus they don't provide you shampoo or conditioner. They just provide you one small soap. The water is provided only once when you stay in the room on the 1st day only. Any additional water required on the second day onwards? In fact, after the first two bottles is all chargeable, so this is something that we didn't like and just not one would expect at a hotel. Moreover, the location is outside the city in between the vehicle repair shops and that too it is on a sort of Highway, the city highway.

I had a recent stay with family. The hotel is budget friendly and the rooms and washrooms are clean. The staff is cooperative. It very close by Udaipur City railway station. But there are limited public transport options available for commute.

We were offered a room with breakfast. However upon arrival the receptionist mentioned no breakfast available. I checked with fabhotel customer care they asked me to contact customer care but no response. They have a 24/7 customer support for sales team but cannot connect for customer care even after 30mins attempt.

Good room on affordable price location is not as prime but it's good for price sensitive person overall good experience
