⭐ Extremely Bad Experience – Booked AC Bus from Udaipur to Delhi Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable journey from Udaipur to Delhi. The bus reached Delhi 2.5 hours late, which caused major inconvenience. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly for a most part of the journey. Despite repeated complaints, passengers were simply told that the AC would be fixed. Children, elderly passengers and ladies were especially troubled because of the heat and poor ventilation. The condition and maintenance of the bus were also disappointing, as clearly visible in the photos. For an AC bus service, passengers expect basic comfort, punctuality and proper maintenance. ❌ AC not functioning properly ❌ 2.5 hours late reaching Delhi ❌ Extremely uncomfortable journey ❌ Poorly maintained bus ❌ Children and women suffered due to the heat We paid for an AC bus service, not a journey where passengers have to suffer in the heat. This was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this bus/service to anyone. The operator should seriously improve bus maintenance, AC functioning and punctuality.
