Not at all a good place to stay. Rooms were dirty, whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. Bottled water was repackaged and given as new. Basically no maintenance. Don't stay here if you have other options.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. To begin with, the comot jet in my room was not working, making the basic act of using the toilet an unpleasant experience. The shower, to my dismay, was also out of order, leaving me without a proper means of personal hygiene. As if that wasn't enough, the pillow covers on the bed were disturbingly filthy, with stains and marks that suggested a complete disregard for basic cleanliness standards. It was clear that proper housekeeping was not a priority. To top it all off, the recurring power cuts were not only inconvenient but also concerning. The fact that these cuts often went unnoticed by the hotel staff highlighted a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. In summary, my stay at this hotel was marked by malfunctioning amenities, a disregard for cleanliness, and a concerning lack of attention to basic services. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and look for alternative accommodations that prioritize guest comfort and well-being.

I was travelling to Delhi via bus. The bus stopped across this hotel to pick some passengers. And i was badly in a need to pee. Due to lack of public urinals nearby, i went to this hotel to relieve myself. I politely asked if i can use their washroom. I was so surprised when they denied it. According to Indian Sarais Act, access to washroom can't be denied in a hotel. When I argued, the person was like: we have seen a lot of you coming to use washroom. His words were: our facilities are for our customers only. This isn't a way to treat someone and be in hospitality business

The location of hotel is good and local market is at walkable distance. The staff is trained and cooperative, also room has all necessary amenities. Hotel is small yet beautiful and hotel has one restaurant. Overall good stay!,🙏🙏🙏

Worst experience I just landed and asked them for bathroom they said pay full 250 only for 10min worst service they dint even gave us soap even after taking amount

This hotel is just at the location where maximum buses stop and we found it quite reasonable. Food tastes like homemade and services are quite good...It is good if you are in Udaipur for a day or 2 .
