OYO 29398 Hotel Pax Inn

I could have given it a negative rating if possible. I don't know about others. But this is what happened to us. Bathroom fittings broken or not working. Flush was broken. No toiletries provided. Instead of accepting the mistake the hotel owner fought with us. For extra bed charged us Rs 300 per bed. He had said Rs 100 per bed before booking. In short they say one thing and charge another. The overall experience was very bad.

Worst experience ever of any OYO rooms I have went to. No cleanliness,no room service. The room was full of mosquitoes. When asked for any Mortein or All Out,they denied it,so i had to buy it myself. The glass window didn't have a glass. In bathroom, the wash basin and the toilet seat were very dirty even after their so called cleaning.

Nice hotel with extra comfart . Staff was too good . We recommend for a family trip . Location is also good. Reception Staff Ms. POOJA , and Sakshi is very help full. Housekeeping service is also Good. ||||||Hotel is too good in in lie of the charges. I highly recommend for family trip.

The hotel rooms were in Pathetic condition. The rooms were not clean and the television of the room didn't work. The washroom was dirty and it was really difficult to spend even 2 days there. Worst hotel we ever stayed in.

Reception guy doesn't know how to behave with others and increase price before check-in.He doesn't even follow oyo policy.And let me tell u ,oyo charges 30% of booking price if we check-in before 12 noon and he doesn't follow their policy.we travelled 12 hours and because of this guy we have cancelled our booking.To thoda esko sikhaye pehele fr reception pr bithaye.

Worst experience ever... Non cooperative staff... Arrogant manager, if you book hotel via any online platform on arrival he will increase the price or directly cancel your boooking

We have booked 2 rooms and after reaching there..they told us that only one room is available and that was also at 12am night.. Moreover, very bad bathroom... Othervise owners behaviour was cooperative but they need to improve.

Neat and clean hotel... but most rooms are remains vacant... staff is nice... ac was not working.. matters was not good..
