Hotel Gyangarh

I stayed in this hotel during the first week of October. I was upgraded from a deluxe room to a premium room on the insist of my travel agent. Rooms are very dirty especially the bathroom there are stains all over the taps.. cannot feel like touching it.. and the floor also was not clean.. and as well Glass.. not sure Management really thought about providing hygiene and clean rooms.. Even the lift buttons were dirty.. not sure how to rate this hotel as 3 stars.. Management seriously should think about changing their mindset if they want to stay in the hospitality business .

Comfortable rooms with good food. Attention go detail by the staff. The aesthetics curated personally by the owners stand out. Must visit for pleasant evenings at ‘Dazzle’, the rooftop restaurant. The location is fantastic, with most of the attractions nearby and some amazing restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel with my friends for 1 days, the place is worthy. In affordable price i got 2 rooms for 5 people, Also the location is good near to sukhadia circle. The environment here is peaceful, the best and beautiful part of this hotel is there Roof top restaurant, you’ll get the best view of city and mountains, staff and owner is very friendly and helpful. Must visit the place and try to book offline, you’ll get it in low price. You’ll get all the amenities in low price.

I recently had a terrible experience at Hotel Gyangarh. Despite booking two AC rooms a week in advance, I was informed upon arrival at 3 PM that the AC was not functioning in one of the rooms. While I initially agreed to wait for the issue to be resolved, I was later told that no rooms were available at all and was asked to cancel my booking. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given that I had booked the hotel for a long weekend and was traveling with family, including a child. The hotel's management and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They offered no apologies or alternative solutions. I was forced to find another hotel at the last minute, which ruined the first day of my trip. Other guests I spoke with shared similar negative experiences. The rooms were far below the standard expected of a 3-star hotel, with poor quality, unpleasant odors, and a lack of basic hygiene. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or individuals seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A very poor service and MD's daughter who was looking for food department is really so rude, even she don't have any manners to handle the guests, a very bad room service, we called many times for water, even when we returned in the evening room was not cleaned, breakfast was complimentary but on the time of booking. She was asking for payment for the particular options. Food was also not good and they charged like5 star hotel. We went out to had our breakfast. We are completely not satisfied with service and food even with the staff and MD'S daughter..she really need to change such behaviour to stay for a long time in such business. It was our first visit to udaipur..I'm not going to suggest this hotel to any one.
