Hotel Florence Continental

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Florence, where we booked a spacious family room that was clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were also spotless. Terrace view was superb at night. The staff were extremely courteous and the food was delicious. Overall, our experience at Hotel Florence was excellent and we would highly recommend it.

1st room which was booked by us they were exchanged by hotel 2nd service of the staff is zero nothing would been working in room fridge lights all is for showpiece and staff is not attending well they were. Not giving answers properly and room is not hygienic

It is located near the Pichola lake. The rooms are very neat and clean. Whatever is written at the website, the same is all provided. No ifs and buts are there. The staff is very cooperative. Parking facility is there. Look at some of the pics.

Poor standards. No one looks after the place, no close supervision, poor maintenance. Furniture not maintained, mattresses sagging, curtains not washed, ceramics not changed for YEARS, electrical devices are unoperational at times. Kitchen filthy. Food bad. The manager had to take rounds, and check each corner to upgrade. One doesn't have to spend money always but have to give time for better upkeep of a place.

The staff here is extremely rude for no apparent reason. The room service is also lousy. No hospitality whatsoever.

My stay at the Florence Continental Hotel in Udaipur left mixed impressions. The hotel's ambiance and service were generally satisfactory, but I was disappointed to find additional charges for basic amenities like towels. Moreover, the absence of hot water in the room was inconvenient and unexpected. While the overall experience had its merits, these issues detracted from what could have been a more comfortable and seamless stay.

It’s a amazing hotel ... clean rooms, superb service... delicious food , S.P Singh and his team’s behaviour was so humble and grateful , they are so dedicated towards there work ... Everyone should must visit ...
