Hotel Blu Orchid, Udaipur

Booked this hotel offline for my entire family with 11 people. Rooms were well organized and very clean. Staff was very polite and supportive in making our udaipur visit pleasant. It was really a good and budget friendly stay. I 100% recommend this.

Booked the Hotel Offline (No App) Reasonable price. Hotel Staff & Management is very Polite & Cooperative. Rooms were very Clean. Hot Water was available all the time. T.V. was working. Food was very Tasty. Wish to Visit again. Very nice experience.

Once you checkin in this hotel your problem begin , no hot water , very imroper behaviour of staff , they start denying their services and if provide then with very cheap menatlity. They have very dirty kitchen on 4th floor and you have to use stairs to go on roof for breakfast no lift is there and finally no car parking is available .

I already booked online and at check-in time they ask for the wait to prepare the room at afternoon. Then thay gave us a room that just checkout infront of us. When ask for other room they said for extra charges for it. It's was a very bad experience.

Choose not to stay due to how disappointed in this hotel. Staff weren’t friendly, not assisting with bags till we asked for help. The room wasn’t clean, with bedsheets that had stains and other peoples hair on them, couch that was stained, nil accessories and floor was visible dirty. There was a bad smell in the room also!! So disappointed and don’t recommend staying!!

Excellent experience 😍 full of joy and very soothing place. Taste is mind blowing and the service given is also best. The room quality and service is at its best, by following all the necessary precautions. Very luck to experience stay at thi place and just loved the hotel💙

Worst hotel ever seen , the staff behavior is so rude. Also the rooms are not clean, they don't wash the quilts and pillow cover. Rooms are too much stinky with very bad smell. Kindly avoid booking this hotel, had worst experience in through out the life
